NANCY BELL
COUNSELLING
AND CONSULTING
I have 30 years of therapeutic experience working with individuals, families, and couples. During this time, I’ve come to deeply understand that no two people are the same. My practice is built on the belief that each person is unique, and that meaningful therapy must be tailored to the individual. I approach every client with curiosity, respect, and a commitment to understanding their personal experiences within the context of relationship dynamics, cultural influences, and the systems that shape their lives.
I support individuals, couples, and families through life’s most challenging transitions and relationship dynamics. My practice focuses heavily on complicated relationships, family and marriage concerns, estrangement, and parent/adult child dynamics.
When you are facing difficult moments, I am here to guide you through grief, loss, bereavement, and major life changes. I bring extensive experience helping clients manage anxiety, stress, depression, and emotional overwhelm while building emotional resilience. For those in immediate need, I provide compassionate support for suicidal ideation, safety planning, and crisis stabilization.
Additionally, my background includes specialized care for chronic illness, disability, and caregiver support, as well as healing from trauma and complex relational trauma. Together, we can work on self-esteem, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering personal growth. For clients who wish to integrate their beliefs into counselling, I also offer space to explore spirituality, faith, and meaning-making.
